1. Acceptance of Terms
By adding KyvoBot ("the Bot") to a Discord server, using its commands, or logging into its web dashboard ("the Dashboard"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot or the Dashboard.
2. Description of Service
KyvoBot is a free, independently-operated Discord bot providing moderation, leveling/economy, party recruiting, ticket support, and related community tools, along with a companion web dashboard for configuration. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Discord Inc., Riot Games, Valve Corporation, or Twitch Interactive.
3. Self-Reported Account Links
Features that link a Riot Games or Steam account to your Discord account (/tier_verify, /steam_link) rely on information you provide yourself. We do not verify that you actually own the linked account. Do not link an account you do not own or do not have permission to reference.
4. Server Administrator Responsibilities
If you add the Bot to a server or configure its settings through the Dashboard, you are responsible for how those settings are used within your community, including any automated moderation rules, custom commands, or AI ticket support instructions you configure.
5. Automated Moderation & AI Features
Automated moderation (spam/word filtering) and AI-generated ticket responses and summaries are provided on a best-effort basis and may occasionally be inaccurate, produce false positives, or behave unexpectedly. AI responses are not official guidance from Riot Games, Valve, Twitch, or any other third party referenced by the Bot's features.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, to harass or abuse other users, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Bot or Dashboard, or for any unlawful purpose.
7. Availability
The Bot and Dashboard are provided free of charge, on a best-effort basis, without any guarantee of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, the Bot, or the Dashboard at any time without notice.
8. Termination
Server administrators may remove the Bot from their server at any time. We may also restrict or block access to the Bot or Dashboard for any user or server, at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Bot and Dashboard are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot or Dashboard.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Bot's features change. Continued use of the Bot or Dashboard after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
